I am a neutered male & I look like a Boxer and Plott Hound
The shelter staff think I am 11 months old.
Brando is a 60-pound boy who was surrendered to the shelter after being adopted as a puppy and later returned when his owner no longer wanted him. The shelter environment has been overwhelming for him, and he will need time and patience to adjust to a new home, but his true personality is beginning to shine through. In playgroups with other dogs, Brando has shown himself to be friendly, and he does seek out affection from people once he starts to feel safe. He is undersocialized and will need continued guidance and positive experiences to help build his confidence, as well as a meet and greet before going home with another dog. Brando would thrive in a calm, loving, and patient home that can offer him consistency, reassurance, and the security he needs to feel comfortable and confident in the world.
